2. If you find the exact same product that you bought from us at another site for a cheaper price please call us at the toll-free number listed above with your order number, and either the URL of the site where you found the product (and directions of how to find the product).
3. We will verify the information and give you a discount equal to 110% of the difference, and email you with your new total.
4. Here is an example of how our 110% Price Protection Guarantee would work:
You buy a product from us that costs $100. You find the same product a few days later for $90. You would then need to contact us with the website where you found the item for $90. We would verify the information that you give us. We would then issue a credit to the credit card that you used when you bought the item from us for $11 ($10 for the difference in the price, and $1 for the additional 10% we owed you under the 110% Price Protection Guarantee - that's it, it is as simple as that!
